Items that need to be replaced due to manufacturing default will be replaced. Items should be returned in their original condition.
It is extremely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If; for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may decide whether you would like us to replace your product, or whether you would like to be refunded (excluding the costs of postage of course).
